Refund policy

Every WITR piece is made to order, so we don't hold stock and can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

 

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

 

To request a replacement or refund, email us at contact@witrworldwide.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

 

Once approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You won't need to ship the item back unless we specifically ask you to.

 

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we'll help track it or arrange a replacement.
